Refund policy

All items sold by House of Relics are one-of-a-kind antique and vintage pieces sourced from Italy and beyond. Because of their unique and irreplaceable nature, all sales are final and we are unable to offer cash refunds.

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer store credit within 7 days of receipt, provided the piece is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns to help cover handling, transport, and re-listing costs.

 

Please inspect your piece carefully at the time of delivery or pickup. Any damage or discrepancy must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt so that we can make it right.
